Frank Baiocchi, Executive Director

Frank (he/him) previously served as the executive director of the Johnson Family Foundation and as a senior program officer with the Polk Bros. Foundation. Currently, he is on the board of directors of the Movement Advancement Project, Hoenig Theatre Artist Fund,  and Wide Angle Research (founding chair). To maximize collective approaches to meet community needs, Frank has co-created and/or led multiple successful public-private partnerships, collective impact initiatives, funder collaboratives, and new nonprofits, including Ingenuity and AMPT: Advancing Nonprofits. Frank started his professional career in the arts as an administrator, educator, and actor, including performing on Broadway (Miss Saigon). He was an adjunct professor of leadership and philanthropy at the Loyola University School of Social Work and the DePaul University College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. He holds a BA from the Gallatin School at New York University, an MA from the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice at the University of Chicago, and an Executive Scholar certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Satori Bailey, Program & Impact Manager

Satori (she/her) previously served as the Illinois Executive Director at America Needs You (ANY), where she led the growth and expansion of the Illinois site’s career development fellowship program for first-generation college students. Prior to ANY, Satori served as the Director of Asset Building Programs at the Center for Economic Progress, where she led the state’s largest Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program serving over 18,000 individuals and families across Illinois. She developed an innovative tax savings program and volunteer-led financial coaching program that were nationally recognized. She was also a proud Steering Committee member of the national Taxpayer Opportunity Network organized by Prosperity Now. Satori received her Bachelor’s degree in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. 

Asia Canady, Program & Partnerships Manager

Asia (she/her) previously served as the Chief of Staff at the Chicago Public Education Fund, an early childhood legislative advocate in Illinois at Start Early, an elementary school teacher at the Neighborhood Charter School of Harlem in New York City, and an environmental policy specialist in California. Asia is the Vice-Chair of the Associates Board of the Greater Chicago Food Depository, an alumna of the Chicago chapter of the New Leaders Council, and an inaugural Rustandy Center Non-Profit Strategy and Finance fellow. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College, a Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University, and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
